We have so many amazing “outer” experiences! The smell of fresh flowers, running in the playground, or tasting a fresh chocolate chip cookie! But we also have inner experiences that might seem hard to pick up if we aren’t aware. A feeling of awe when we see a sunset, the warmth we feel when helping out a friend in need.
This book explores both our outer and inner experiences, and helps us see the value of both. Through this story, children will learn the terms necessary to distinguish between their external experiences and their internal ones, and encourage them to look out for their “inner” experiences.
